they also called them space cabs,there is a cherry one near me its an 87 turbo 4x4 but its not dually and there is an 84 4x4 thats pretty nice they both have that huge extra cab.

I talked to a guy yesterday that had one parked at the grocery store (exactly the same as the one posted). He said his dad got it brand new from the dealer. He was 17 at the time and remembers going to the dealer and ordering it out of a book of next years pickup models. It was one of the options like long bed, ext cab. Said it was delivered to the dealer compleate and was not fitted by the dealer...

I assume that Toyota sent the trucks somewhere to get "Fixed" before delivering to the dealership.
