Solve the mystery! Why wont my Runner Start when warm?

i have a 1991 4runner v6 3.0 with ac (dont know if it matters but for electical maybe?) with 10k on headgaskets and timing.

heres the problem:

if i drive my truck for 10 minutes somewhere and shut it off and try and start it again within a couple minutes its turns over and cranks but doesnt start or fire whatever you wanna call it. but if it sits for about 5 minutes its fine.

important info on truck:
this truck was an automatic sr5 v6 auto everything it now is a 5 speed lifted on 35s with manual hubs but still has same ecu

here are some random things ive figured out:
the truck starts up cold every morning no problem
the truck will NOT start if i have my lights on or heater on doesnt matter if warm or cold
I can compression start it when it wont start for me (drop the clutch on a hill)
i checked to see if when it would not start if it is getting spark by pullin the wire going from the ignitor to the dist but that didnt get spark but a friend sayed that i checked wrong by the way i had the spark plug so ill check tommorow

parts ive changed and or eliminated:
put in new starter
eliminated fuel pump as i beleive it is an electrical problem hence no spark
because it has automatic ecu i tried swapping in a manual ecu, and also another auto ecu to see if that helped
cleaned cap and rotor
checked all my wires
replaced ignitor or ignition coil

please help me! ive been putting so much money and time into this truck and im considering putting it on craigslist for a huge loss just cause i cant stand it

Are you positive its not getting spark?

My initial thought when reading the title was deffinatley a fuel pump.

i tried to get the spark by pluggin in the spark plug but my friend said instead of holding right onto the metal to ground it im supposed to hold it an inch away from the metal? so i gotta get showered up and run outside and double check

update: i checked it an i am NOT getting a spark when it is warm. this is leading to something electrical that is getting messed up only when its warm, oreven when its cold having the heater or lights on has the same effect on the truck.

No frayed wires, or wires exposed to heat more than a stock manual trans truck?

No check engine codes or anything else acting up?

i have a ˟˟˟˟ ton of wires going to my battery from my sound system and alot of them are exposed and that could be it. my check engine light is disconected cause it is never on. im gonna try unhooking all my stereo stuff and security and all that and see if thats the problem.

check for corrosion, cuts, loose cable in the diagnostic plug terminal E1 cable and the IGT wire going from the ECU to the ignitor.
also double check every ground in the engine bay

worn ignition switch is something to check too.
well i hope this help buddy.

yep, worn contacts points in the barrel can cause some sort of problems.
a few years ago i owned and honda accord tha shuts off while running and it was cuased by the ignition (starting)switch being worn.also the key was getting very hot.

no hot key, just drove for a bit and checked. would having alot of connections for subs amps and security and offroad lights and switched having their connections to the battery kinda worn open and kinda sketchy connections be a factor? the fact that the same thing happens when i have my heater on means that something to do with power being drawn away maybe the wires are drawing power away from the ignition? sorry im rambling i have alot of ideas and just need answers haha.
