N00bie lift questions--1990 4Runner
What do you guys think about putting a 3inch body lift and a rear 5 inch suspension lift on a stock 1990 4runner?

5" lift only in the rear?......

that would be a lot of lift all together...the front is going to be waaaaay raked....

just do the BL, or lift the suspension all around.

moved to newbie tech...based partially on your thread title "NOObie"

a lot of it depends on your goals: just to clear tires? what type of use? Rocks/trails/looks?

take a look around at different build threads etc...lifts have been covered every which way.

LOL, 1" body is cool, 2" is OK, but 3 is terrible and starts really screwing up linkage function etc.. My 82 GMC would always pop out of 4 lo b/c of the body lift, so annoying...

1" body lift is I think $75 from SKY manuf.

IMO they're ugly(3"), but thats just my opinion.
