ISO "best" aesthetic lift

Hi there, first-time yoda owner, '99 4runner sport (2wd) and new forum member.

Done some searches here, finding great suspension info, but I really just like the look and ride height of a 2" to 3" taller stance, and maybe 285's vs. 265's - plus the addl ground clearance wouldn't hurt, but my offroading will be minimal, more snow than rock.

Would I benefit from just a body lift or should I be doing a shock/spring lift?

Not in a rush to do this and will keep researching. Thanks in advance and sorry if I missed something obvious here.

A body lift will get you the look you want with out spending much, but will not do anything for your ride quality. The only ground clearance you will gain is from bigger tires.

Dont know about the suspension, to new for me. Haha.

Good Luck!
