Have you replaced your shifter knob?

.. and what did you replace it with?

When I bought my truck it already had some cheap knob, I think I might want to go with a heavy round metal one.

I was thinking something like this. They mostly advertise for Subaru 2.5RS/GC8.

I got rid of the stock knob and replaced it with a MOMO Evolution, after wearing the finish off, I now have the ICON billet knob. It's the short one that they use on the FJ transfer case. Feels great except in the morning when its freezing cold.

go ahead do it better than i did though. i just jb welded a m10x1.25 nut inside it. im sure with a little more effort or creativity it could be done better. i still need to find a dead piston from a 50-85cc for the xfercase. shouldn't be too hard seeing how people wind those bikes up until they scream...

Replaced mine with an 8-ball knob from canadian tire, I'm looking to make a pair of brass knuckles and weld a nut so I can screw it on

anyone have their stock ones left that they want to sell to me? ha!

Toyota wants $56 and $46 for my truck shift knobs to put in my 4runner... don't like the stitched soft crap in the 2nd Gens, not paying $100 for shift knobs....
