It looks black in the avatar. I would stick with that i hate to see vehicles the color has been chaged on, you can always tell it was another color.

im also not sure on what color to paint mine...its an '86 ext cab DLX..im either going to go with black..(shows scratches and dents the worst).or white (supposedly hides scratches and dents the best)..i also like the anthracite (i think) or the dark grey color trucks...like the guy on here with an 88' ext cab with 7in of lift..and a buick 3.8 under the hood...i think you guys should post up with your favorite colors of trucks and 4 runners

If yal are going to paint them yourselves, Do you have a Tractor Supply Co.
I painted my bug with a galon of their tractor paint, it is tough and durable easy to spray also. I did this in the driveway

Ive posted it before, but its worth looking into. Way beter than rattle cans and they have alot of colors. That red matched the original color almost exact International Harvester Red

Paint it up in primer grey! That would look sooo cool! Then shave the door handles, halfway finish frenching the licence plate, and cut off the exhaust at the header! Awesome!

Sorry, had to. Paint it flat or semi gloss tan with black rocker panels. Not sure if that was my idea or someone elses, but that would look pretty cool.

Oh, and that is one cool little bug!

If I can find it, I'm going to paint mine John Deere Yellow (Old JD Yellow), with black trim on the bottom. It will be easier to fix.

Anybody in or near Canada want to ship me some Tremclad John Deere Yellow??
P.M. me for arrangements.

When I first started on YT last year I kept seeing a slime (bright) green 4runner called swampy or something like that. I thought that was a great color. I haven't seen it done on a truck yet.

Pick out a color ( that you like ) that wasn't a factory option . Have the shop paint your door jams . Mine used to be grey !
