Aftermarket Steering Wheel Question

I am thinking about getting a 350MM steering wheel and I was wondering if any you guys are running that.

Is the truck alot harder to steer or is it ok?

Thx!

Im not sure what you mean by 350mm but I put an old "GT" wheel on my 90 pickup (no power steering) that was a little smaller than stock and have had no phisical problems steering the truck with it...looks a little ragged but works well.
