I was looking into this a while back. I love my auto on the rocks, but the dual transfer case options for the manual are much more affordable and I have a 5 speed parts truck just sitting there. The electrical stuff eventually got me spooked though. My understanding is that: you need the computer from the manual truck, you will need to rewire some things (ie., reverse lights & guages), and also need to snatch the the entire clutch system (pedal, slave cylinder, etc). You are also going to need the transfer case from the manual because yours will not bolt up. I would be willing to bet that there is driveshaft work in there as well. If you do decide to do the swap, I'd love to see a write up. Good luck.
