Question Downey Off-Road Skid Plate

I need good skid plate to replace my stock one in my ’05 4Runner. I searched internet and found that Downey Off-Road making one.
What do you guys think about it? Is it good one? How it performs? If someone has it, please share your opinions.

BudBuilt doesn't make one for 4th Gen. I asked him, but he said he couldn't find a donor for taking some measurements.

Have you PM'd Lance lately? I know he was working on one, I have no idea how far along his is though.

I talked to Lance. He is working on V8 one now and will think about V6 sometime after. I need it NOW. Off-Road season has started...

That's funny, off road season for us is just ending here, so no one is to in a rush to get things done in So. Cal..

As a temporary skid before something more beefy comes out, what about doing a cheap (but strong) poly skid plate.
