Alignment Question
I installed a 2.5" leveling kit and was wondering if I needed to have an alignment done by a 4x4 specialist$$ or any old shop. tires are pointed in at the bottom. will this drop the lift any?i have 6" in the back and 6.5" in the front.

take it to a regular old shop.should be cheaper than a 4x4 specialty store.they will tell you if they can do it or not.most check for free.make sure you get to see the printout of how bad its out.;did alignments at tire kingdom for a year so ive done quite a few

See if you can find anyone in your area that can recommend a good alignment shop. Check around for local clubs or forums that might have posted suggestions. It doesn't have to be a 4x4 specialty shop, but it is definitely worth it to try and find a place that has good tools, and more importantly good people. There is definitely both an art and a science to getting it as close to spec as possible.

alignment shop
turns out that the 4X4 specialist was half the price than the Firestone shop ($139.00).
does $80.00 sound right for an alignment?

You definately need an alignment. I had a 4wheel alignment after installing the SS 1.2 suspension. I was told once the shop adjusted the camber I would lose a minimal amount of lift.
