Taking my bed off to fix a fuel line leak. Wish I was getting my BBQ out, but sadly it is covered in a foot of snow. Also putting my GF's injection system back together, which I took apart to get at and replace the glow plugs. Is it summer yet?

The New York steaks have had the house dry rub (Emeril Essence ripoff) since yesterday and are on the menu for tomorrow during the Daytona 500.

Installed a new headunit in the truck today so I can plug in the Ipod for the commute to work.

Sony GTX710, sounds pretty good!

Forest Service? Not me, but I drive in them.

Here's a pic of the finished product. The color is from mesquite, I didn't burn it, really!

Side dishes are shiitake mushroom risotto, broccoli crowns poached in chicken stock, garden salad, peppercorn garlic bread and rasperberry cheescake for dessert. Served with 2003 Meadowood Cabernet Sauvignon.

Remote oil filter

To avoid having to remove the skid plate and clean up a bunch of oil on every change, I am installing a remote oil filter kit by Hayden. Part #291. The kit comes with everything you need except for hose and a PH8 (Ford) filter. The hose and added filter size will increase oil capacity and hopefully a lower oil temperature.

I made an oval hole in the inner fender well just above the lips. I ran both hoses inside a radiator hose to protect them from the fender as well as the frame edge under the P/S gearbox. I still have some minor adjustments to make as well as a shield to protect the filter from debris.

i took off my gas tank skid and grinded it down where the drive shaft always hits it due to the lift... not bad. never noticed how much the skid holds up the tank. good thing it was on empty. i know i didn't have money for a reason. lol

im pretty much trying to decide where i want to spend my next paycheck.

things im planning on are
-fuel filter ($10)
-magnaflow (free + installation from a guy on yt if things go good!)
-back speakers harness/ adapters/ crossovers (wires= 50 bucks..)
-brakes (need everything all around new new new) ($206 out the door for drums, disc, shoes and pads from kragen.com)
-shocks (either bilstein from eshocks.com or ome from strap22 on here around $400)

notice how it gradually gets more expensive hahahah.
