So the guys at Hanlon were able to get the frame all stitched up again, it looks like they did a great job...I'll post some pics in a day or so after I get the chance to crawl under and snap a few shots.

Intersting though, Hanlon told me that once they got into it that it wasn't that the factory weld had cracked along the inside of the frame. They told me that the frame had never been welded along that seam. Like Toyota missed that weld during fabrication.

It is very suprising to me that one, it took nearly 15 years to notice the issue and second that the crack was rather minor considering...

I'm glad this worked out well for you. They have always been fair with me and their work is quality. In fact, Ken is the only guy I let touch my wife's BMW.

Scary though what they found. At least now you are good to go and create a few cracks of your own.
