Rockerarm assembly
Can you swap rocker are assemblies from one used 22re to another or do u have to swap cam also? Since head bolts have to be removed do you have to replace gasket?

The important thing is keep the rockers and cams together making sure to keep the rockers in the same place on the bar. Then they ride on the same cam lobes.
If your going with a brand new Virgin Cam the rockers can be dressed smooth again.
As far as the head gasket if your luck is better then mine and you feel real lucky you might get away.
Myself my luck is never that good.
Torque the head bolts to 65 Foot pounds after cleaning both male and female threads.
Also make sure the adjusting screws are all free and clean

Thank you. That's what I was thinking I would have to do. I don't have good luck either so new gasket and head bolts it will be. Shucks maybe a new cam since I'm already getting in there.
