radio plug cut.. which colour is +12v

i have a 93 4runner.. radio was cut out.. by theives.. never replaced.. now its my trail rig... which colour is 12 volts for my cb?? doesnt matter if its always hot ill turn cb off and/or remove battery... and which colour ground too if there is one...
if not where else is a good place to get power to my c.b?
thanks im trying to button up a few loose end's before our local 4x4 charity run on the weekend and winter is about to hit full force!

Do you have a test light or voltmeter. I made a test light with a pin a light bulb and an alligator clip.

you could use the wire for the cig lighter for the ground just find a bolt or something

or just run a wire to the pos side of the batt, and ground to a bolt. Then you can use the power button on the radio or cb. It's a lot quicker and easier to that, then try and fish thru a gang of wires

you will probably find a few wires that are 'hot':
one should be hot continuously, one should be hot with the key on, and there may be one that is hot when the dash lights are on.
best thing is to buy a voltmeter (about 20-30 dollars) and figure which is which by probing.
