OBDII is 1996 and up. A '93 won't have one. It *might* have a diagnostic plug of sorts in the engine compartment, but it's not OBDII compatible.

if your looking at the front of the truck, it'll be on the left side if i can remember correctly. It says diagnose I think.

Toyota didn't install OBDII until the 1996 model year. A 1993 uses Toyota TCCS for EFI/spark control. To obtain diagnostic codes, jumper TE1 and E1 (with the ignition switch on) on the diagnostic connector. The diagnostic connector is located under the hood on the passenger side.
