So you have the oil galley plug in the front but are all of them in? There is another one in the rear (but you would be leaking on the floor) and another one inside the oil pan next to the crank. I think you should pull the pan to do three things 1. Check tolerances 2. Check to make sure that bottom plug is in 3. Check the oil pickup to make sure gasket is sealing, bolts are tight and the tube is not cracked. If all looks good, maybe think of packing the oil pump.

any ideas?
If the pump is pumping...and there are no blockages...then there must be a plug gone..even if i have a loose motor...there will be oil preasure..
so it must eather be that plug in the pain or maby a bad pick up...pump should be good..its new.. I just dont know what elce it could be...

Sounds like sump pick up or bottom oil galley plug. I missed the bottom plug when I did my rebuild a few years ago and helped a guy on this forum a couple months ago who did the same thing.
That plug is a sneaky bastard.

jets should be fine as long as it wasn't jetted for a v8 or something. If it was on there already or you baught a webber kit for a toyota they're set up pretty close to right out of the box. Depending on what 32/36 you have (dgv/dgav/ect) you can get a idle circuit cut off solenoid. Had one on my dgav and it fixed the "occasional diesling" problem.
here's one

might find cheaper elsewhere but I knew they had them.

Too lean/too hot will cause it. The solenoid will shut off the idle circuit when you turn the key off so the engine can't suck fuel to combust in the overheated combustion chamber. Could be too lean, could be running your timeing too advanced, or both.
Timeing around 8° then try this if you haven't already
