This truck is not in show room shape.
But I like it and I think it will last for years to come.

I agree on the black wheels. Here's mine (almost same color) with black wheels and 31/10.50 bfg m/ts. BTW it's a '94

Your black rock crawlers go good with your gray paint. And What offset do you have?

I am not sure what type of wheels to get for my new truck.

I like the rock crawlers.

But I also like this style rim also.

I wish there was a way I could see how they both would look on my truck.

Not that nasty chrome ish. The black's are definately slicker. I have American Racing 767's, and I just had my rear cap powder coated all black so it will NEVER rust, and keeps the whole thing uniform.

Yotaboy thats a good looking stance up there I like it. The chrome ish just wears down to fast and starts looking dingy and with a black steelie, if it looks bad just paint em back up.

Ok so rock crawlers it is.

Edit: I also saw a truck on craigslist with the other style rim. And I did not like the way it looked.

I added a few mods over the last week or so. Most are stock mods but still mods .

Blue head lights from ebay

Push bar

SR5 gauges

Clock

The next thing I will be adding is some wheels.

Where did you get the SR5 cluster from? How hard was it to install? I have almost the same truck as you, same color even, and I really want to get rid of my crappy aftermarket tach that sits on the dash.

I got the custer off ebay. I paid 65 bucks for the cluster it was only 300 miles off . The cluster was super easy to install. The hardest part was getting the speedo cable off and on.

Here is a write up the really help me.

Edit: Be sure to swap out the oil pressure sender. Or at least unplug it! Before you do the sr5 gauges.

So I have a base modle tach, all I have to do is get an SR5 and all of the gauges and tach will work without having to do anything?

huh? when i did mine i just unplugged old and plugged in new sr5 guage and everything was fine. the only thing wrong is it doesnt read my oil pressure (obviously).

you made it seem like something bad happens if you dont unplug it.

i did not even think to check before i swapped it. is there even an oil pressure guage on the base cluster???
you got me wondering......

Yes, the sensor is on the block right under the oil filer. If you have 22r, I am not sure about the 3.0
