Marlin Crawler shifter seat and socket.
If you drive a Pickup or 4Runner with a manual transmission and haven't done this, do it. Its a new shifter seat and socket:

Its the best 17 bucks I've ever spent. Very easy to do. I didnt think to take pics though. There are a few write-ups on it for the different transmissions if you search google. This is the one I used:

Its for a R150.
