Thumbs down Manual hubs unlocked, CV axles spin above 15mph? help please

I have a 1994 Toyota 4Runner, Automatic, 3V, NON ADD set up. I converted the truck a long time ago to factory manual hubs, I do have a front locker. I noticed today that my axles look like they start spinning above 15-20mph. I don't believe they are spinning fast? Any rate, I can spin my front drive shaft by hand and the cv's spin freely no problems. I locked the hubs they work properly, I unlock the hubs they unlock properly. So just to be sure since it was still doing the same problem, I took a hub off the truck one side at a time and no difference. Now with NOTHING on the truck connecting the wheels to the axles it still spins intermittently. If I come to a stop and start again it doesn't spin again til around the MPH above. Is this a normal thing and I just never noticed it before? Someone had told me most lifted trucks do it and its not actually spinning per say but its more of a momentum thing just spinning on its own.

That's honestly the only thing left but I don't see how? If it was an internal problem It would do it all the time, not just when it pleases you know?

what gear oil do you use? Id say if it's really gooey, like Lucas oil, then yes with enough rotation spin of the oil it could likely start spinning the front end. Especially if there is little resistance in the diff and bearings.

I don't recall what I put into it a few weeks ago but I know it wasn't anything super heavy the diff isn't that old maybe a year? So I don't think bearing resistance would be it either, it spins pretty nicely and freely by hand

hmm.. perhaps to much grease on the hubs? causing it to rotate a bit? I know thats a far shot, but who knows...

howd you figure out that they were spinning while driving?

I very very very lightly grease my hubs and never had a problem, someone told me my hubs were still locked. It seems like they aren't moving the speed of the tire though as if they were actually locked to the wheel, its weird
