I don't know what to tell you then... The RC lift is 4". I know because I have installed one myself (RC and Superlift are the same kit) and they said to crank the tbar in the instructions up to one inch for the 5" of lift. If you measure the spindles and drop brackets you should see it for yourself.
But then again who knows. Maybe you got lucky.
