I was tired of the little scratches everytime I went trail riding so I just bedlinered my entire truck. Sanded everything with 100 grit and a DA.
Sprayed the armor liner on "2 part urethane". It took 2 gallons total.

That is freaking cool! I started to POR-15 the outside of my truck to stop the rust and it's so shiny/pretty I am considering painting my whole runner with it.
What are those imperfections in the center of the bed?

im pretty speechless, have you scraped anything up against it to see how it sounds, or driven it yet to see how it sounds? it looks awesome, would be great for the trail, and will never see another one like it. Im a fan, JollyGreen.

i'm just glad u didnt do it in black. Can u imagine how hot that would be inside the cab in the summer, especially if u live in a hotter climate area. But, i must say you prepped it well and it looks pretty good. Get some closeup shots i wanna see more detail, plus pics are always fun.
Good job!!!

How much did the entire project cost? Also, what's that spraygun thing? Can that be rented from local hardware rental agencies?
You should post some pics of the grass you painted it on. :-P

I have my Jeep and my 4runner done in Durabak. The jeep is orange and the 4runner is red like this. The orange held up well but the red has faded really bad, almost pink... Good thing is you can recover it pretty easy. Get used to people feeling on your truck though... I'll be eating somewhere and looking out the window at my truck and just about every person that walks by touches it. Some even take pictures...

Dirty footprints in the bed yes...
The gun was only $22
The whole project including tape, paper, sand paper, color matching, etc.. was $250.
This has UV inhibitor in it so it shouldnt fade.
Nothing binds at all. I am going to wait a couple of weeks before I trail it and try to scrape some paint off to check the durability.

Spray your bed with black liner. I think it'll look really good with the offset I've been considering doing this to all my chrome accessories. I hate chrome.
rock on dude, that looks good.

Both of mine are UV also... They BOTH have faded... Not trying to shoot it down or anything, I like how they look, I have 2 vehicles that look like this. Just letting you know that it WILL fade. Just gonna have to recover it in a few years.
