EFI SWAP - Idle Like Crap
http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/toyot...wont-idle.html Sorry to link a thread, but its alot to type.
Basically I efi swapped a 22r, with a early 84 efi harness, but not analog.
It doesnt want to idle, if you hold the throttle at around 1-1500 rpm, it sputters and hiccups. If you rev it up above 1800 or so, it clears up, and runs smooth. It will try and old idle for a second, but slowly sputter itself to death.
Ive ohmed and adjusted the tps and afm. I got a code 12 knock sensor, but its not plugged in and ive never seen that cause this bad of running. Ive replaced 2 IAC, but from reading that wouldnt make it idle crappy, just not idle or search.
Ive checked the grounds, and watched the injectors fire. I cant find any vaccuum leaks, I havent sprayed for em, but ive checked damn near everywhere thy could be.
Opinions are welcome. Feel free to criticize or ask anything
