downey tube rear bumpers? How sit mount...post pictures!
Seems like i have a downey rear bumper? Thats hwat people are saying anyway. It was in the truck when i got it and had no idea what it was. here is a picture.
How does this mount to the rear of the truck? here are the only tabs on the bumper

looks as if those tabs might bolt onto the end of the frame somehow. that'd be my guess, that is, if the tabs are about as far apart as the frame is tall...

I would contact Downey and see if you are missing some brackets.
