Does anybody know this dude

Maybe that's not what his business is focused on.... maybe it's easier for him to build and bolt on ricer exhausts and such than do ground up builds of uber motors for 4Runners... besides there wouldn't be that much business in tossing these types of motors into 2nd Gen 4Runners... it couldn't possibly be any more profitable than selling 3.4 swap kits at best...

Exactly
AcidicDreams has hit the nail on the head. They are a company that is NOT open to the public, their main business is Specialty Aircraft Parts. They do small car stuff on the side for fun, like building sleeper cars, because they have the ability to make and fab up parts.
They make cars "for fun" that you see on the road that you would not normally think that are fast, but will blow your doors clean off. I.E. a couple of 94' 4Runners, a 89' Olds 88 that looks completely stock and a 90' Camry to name a few.
So Please don't be offended by the fact that they don't want your business.
The way they explained it to me was "At this time, it's to expensive to get into mass producing parts, not only from the R&D side of it but also you have to make it 50 state legal and pass C.A.R.B. requirements, so we're gonna stick to making parts for ourselves that you can't buy otherwise.
Thank You Again

Holy crap old thread, but still its an awesome engine.
Honestly I rather just swap an LT5 or an LS1. I could push over 600hp if I supercharged it, hell take the 5.0 stang engine and stroke it out to 383 and you get 600hp easy and it will fit.
An ingenoius setup but to many damn components that can break and so much boost its insane.

HI...
Have you ever run your Tundra down the 1/4-mile? I am curious what it would run and what mod's you have. It looks like a 2004 Porsche Cayenne Turbo can turn 13.8 in the 1/4 mile. If you were smoking it, they you were really rocking.

What turbos were utilized for the build?
What engine and fuel management was used?

It's not a 3vz motor. It's a Toyota Racing Engine. Probably from the Toyota Atlantic Series or some other open wheel racing league. It's not something you are going to find in any Toyota coming off the production line.
This is what I gather from reading all the posts.
I felt like I had to post since everyone else has...

the guys at motorsport performance in frederick MD, have a 2jz tt w/twin 18lb turbonetics turbos, bored and blued, 20 over. and it's the fastest car on the BFG T/A g-force drag radial. running high 8's in the 1/4, and around 1100rwhp. you should hear that thing on the dyno. sounds like a fighter jet or something. loud as hell.

3vzfe
Actually if you had access to all the tools, computer programs and techs, CNC machines, a foundry, metalurgist and so on, like these guys do, you could fab up anything you wanted to also.
ANYTHING is possible to make if you've got the time and the resources.
As for it being a Toyota Racing motor, yeah the first one was a Toyota project engine 3VZ 24V straight from Japan, but they have a nearly duplicated it in a 3VZFE that came out of a Lexus, it's a little bit dummied down though at only 410hp.
As for time slips and dyno reports, rbmc said "it's a sleeper or a ghost car, not a daily driver, another words, it's for shock value only, not for show, so why would I post a pics or a dyno report so everyone would know who's car it is. We make them, so when you pull up next to a Vette, Rice Rocket or similar and smoke them, that they would be totally shocked. So why would I want my cars on the World Wide Web for all to see, if they want to see it they can come to SoCal look around for my cars and get a good long far away look at my tail lights."
Thanks

Well now that you put it that way, i'm turning my 3.0 into a 2500hp 3000lb/ft tq drag motor capable of pulling me into the 6's yet still getting 45mpg city and being extremely capable of being in a daily driver.
What? I can dream right?

Oh - sorry - no pictures or other details. It's a sleeper car and must not get into the hands of the Ruskies or other bad types.
Man - reading this thread was a total waste of time.
