AC Fast Idle Adjustment?
Ok, been searching cant find anything, I have set my idle to 750-800 range, and fixed the loping idle at this point when brakes are applied. Now with a new BMR and I can run the AC, when I push the brakes the motor is surging again. I have only found info that the AC Idle needs set, how do I do this, where do I set it, and where is it located on a 91 4x4 22re? Any help is appriciated in advance.

it's that big white plastic hex with a flathead slot in it, has a spring under it. right on top of the manifold. google search "22re a/c idle" brought up several articles. check 'em out.

a tip to you, and anyone else checking this thread out, on searching.
it's WAY easier to find information, even in this site, by google searching, instead of the search bar up top of the page here. google will pull things from yotatech right away, plus you'll get some 4x4wire stuff as well. just put good enough words in to get what you want. putting "22re" was specific enough to get good results fast.
also, don't forget to use "image search". clicking the word "image" at the top left of the google search page will open a new page, which brings pictures only. it's a great way to find parts diagrams, wiring diagrams, and good pictures as well. that's how i found the one above.
plus, if you ever want a good laugh, do an image search for one word, like "FAIL". it will usually bring up some funny pics.

Its funny I use google to search for things, and always see threads to forums including this one, but I never think to use it when I have a specific problem instead of using the forum search. Good tips!
