If you have stock rims they are not 15x8.

But, no matter, 33s will rub. You could get away with street use only, but they will rub when you enter driveways and things, and any time you turn full lock.

This has been covered about eleventy billion times. Search the off road section for more info.

You'll need rims with less backspacing than stock to get 12.5" tires in there, otherwise the sidewalls may rub the upper control arms.

Get some 1.5" ball joint spacers for the front and a lift shackle for the rear, and you can make 33"s fit. I usually run 32"s with this set up and I have plenty of room. I'm getting ready to SAS my junk, so I threw my new 36"s on there just to see how they fit with the current 1.5" lift. I can drive around town like this without any problems, but I wouldn't be able to take if off road.

Not from this truck. My '94 blew a head gasket in December, only four weeks after I bought it, and it leaked oil all over the place. I had a 90 day warranty, so now it's all rebuilt.

33x12.50 will rub like crazy

33x10.50 will NOT rub (at least they don't on my '93 'runner, and I think you have bigger wheel openings)

33x10.50s on stock 15x7s shouldn't rub, although they still might hit the pinch weld.
On 15x8s, be sure the backspacing is correct - stance them too wide and they hit everything. They should just clear the steering components.

What kind of wheels are these and where did you get them. I've been looking for black steelies with holes instead of spokes for a while now.

Those are Cragar soft 8's, I just picked up a set from summit racing for under $160 shipped. Heres a picture I took of one of the rims.

But the used tires I got for them ended up having ripped up beads. So I am getting my money back for them and looking for another set of tires now.

Yep. $157 for four of them shipped to my house. They don't have all the various backspacing listed on their website. Call them if you need one you don't see.
