2nd gen runs rough

i need help here. at first i felt a little bit of a vibration under me while i drive, but tonight on my way home i felt it shake like it has a rough idle. if i stop and let it idle it sounds like a diesel... sometimes when i gas it it shakes a little bit, but enough to feel.

i did seafoam last week through the brake booster line, and added a bunch to the gastank...

whats going on with my truck?

AHHH!!! You did the Seafoam? Well, if it did just fine before, it might have something to do with the seafoam......but if it makes ya feel any better, mine runs rough and idles low (250-400 RPM most the time, but some times normal at near 800RPM) and I have not done Seafoam to my engine. The only thing I ever do is injector cleaner a couple times a month. Did it do this before the Seafoam?
