No, nothing major, just a few small things that will be fixed in the next couple of months. The most major thing is that my ARB in the front axle is leaking air, so have to pull the axle a part again to see whats wrong. Need to get my rear bumper mounted, but have to come up with a way to mount it, ive got 63'' chevy springs in the back and they block the frame mounts.

Yes, i have a solid axle up front with 37x12.50-15 tires and i have a total of 16'' of lift. Read my signature, it lists all of the mods to my 4Runner. Its always better to do a lift with leaf springs, i don`t know if its the cheapest way to lift or not, but you don`t want to use lift blocks, they can cause problems. If your going to lift your truck, don`t be cheap about it, spend the money to do it right the first time because like anything else, you get what you pay for.

Yes, you can put chevy springs in the back. I have 63'' chevy springs on the back of my 4Runner, but you need to relocate the spring mounts to make them work.
Are you still having starting problems ?. Try checking your grounds on the engine, you should have the main ground wire going from the battery to the engine block, there should be another ground from the battery to the inner fender by the fuse box, and there should be a ground from the head to the fire wall. Also check the positive battery cable, if its old replace it, sometimes they can look like new on the outside and be bad on the inside. let me know what happens.
