it's located somewhere here: http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/ or here: https://www.yotatech.com. make an effort to search. I don't have an re but I found what I was looking for in like less than 5 minutes.

P.S. try spelling it correctly as well as it will help your search efforts. its damper not dampner.

Search my threads. I posted pics of it. I found it, and it was leaking, but didn't know what it was. Really simple.

The fuel pressure regulater and dampener look similar but the regulator will have a vacuum line connected to it, and the dampener won't. And the regulator should be at the end of the fuel rail and the dampner should be at the front.
the dampner and the regulator look nothing alike

The regulator is vacuum controlled, and is at the back of the fuel rail. The dampner has no external hook ups, and simply threads into the front of the fuel rail. You wont find anything in the FSM about the dampner; I've looked many times. But this is where it's at:

I just had to replace the fuel damper on my 86 4Runner (22RE) because it was leaking, I bought a used one because a new one was a little over 81.00 and i didn`t have the extra money for it. On the later model 22RE`s they don`t use the damper anymore, they used a banjo bolt in place of the fuel damper. The picture superbleeder posted above shows the fuel rail with the banjo bolt in place instead of the fuel damper.
