There is a reason behind Herculining the roof. As you can see i had to literally build a roof out of scratch. And basically the roof is fiberglass with a half inch of bondo on top. And i didnt have any roof templates or anything so there was no way i could really kno if my roof was perfect lines. Then after it was painted it looked beautiful and only from certian angles could you tell the flaws but it didnt matter. Then one day i was driving around and i guess the body flexxed and made the bondo crack and ther was a small crack down the middle of the roof. And i figured this is gonna keep happening so i just Herculined it and got it over with.

Ahem... Well, just figure out the bolt pattern, then go to rim sight. I know 4wheelparts.com has a decent selection of dually rims.
But if I had me one of these, I'd sooooo 4link the rear, and long travel the front and make one hell of baja runner. I mean dude, you could put some 24" wide sandies on there!

LOL Ya how true!
Before the wife and kid, I would of loved to get one of those, SAS it! But now, I’d just love to find a double cab for the 89-95 truck so I could convert the RV so the kid could sit back there and not in the camper part...
The 1 ton dual rear wheels model has a bolt pattern all of its own... I have had no luck finding any off the shelf rims for it... Custom no problem (except $)

I think I just threw up in my mouth a little bit. All I know is that I'd have to kick my own ass if I ever did that to my truck. They're supposed to be TRUCKS, not speed bumps for real trucks.

Why didn't you put a custom cab on? and then get the dually box so the wheels are coverd? I see alot of those dually Yota's down here, they use them to take workers to work, cause there are no laws about people in the back, down here.
You sure did a number on that truck! looks good.

I'm sorry but, I gotta bash ya a little.
There are TONS of dually box trucks for sale through Uhaul and being that the campers usually fetch a very good buck (they are more rare) I kinda think you ruined a good truck for no reason.
I would love to have one of those campers, as would most guys on here but, we all probably could give a flying crap about a box truck.
Also, I believe you are in for more trouble with the roof and herculiner sure won't do squat in a wreck, that body will cave in!
Most if not all of the box trucks have real factory roofs.
On another note though a buddy of mine has a real factory flat bed dually 1- ton similar to that, its a 4cyl 4spd and runs awesome, he uses it for his landscaping business.
He's abused it for 10 years and is still offered more than double what he paid for it on a monthly basis!
One other thing, if you don't run the insanely expensive heavy-duty tires that only a couple manufacturers make it will lose its 1-ton rated capacity and keep an eye on your brakes if you do start hauling heavy loads, they are heavy-duty but they wear quickly and are also way more expensive than 1/2-ton parts!
Its yours do what you want and being that your are young its probably going to teach you a lot!

Yah, if he had SAS'ed it, put 33's all around and of course kept it dually, painted it black w./ flames and did the interior in red leather w./ neon and a polished stripper pole in the middle it would be the coolest truck EVER!!!!!!!!!!
I just got wood!
