truck doesn't roll well?

84 pickup 4x4 seems as there is some resistance in the front wheels? What could this be?

stuck caliper?, bad t-case?, or anything in between. the list would be endless. we'll need more info. does it change when you lock/unlock the hubs? id start by putting it up on jack stands and check all 4 wheels by hand to try to isolate the resistance. at the front axle try it with hubs locked and unlocked. does this truck have lockers in the diffs? i would also check tire toe measurements.

I would also like to add...I do not have a bed on it at the moment. ( have not been on hard surface road yet). Could this possibly be changing the angle of my drive shaft?

yes its possible, very very slightly, and not a noticable amount, but this wouldnt cause rolling issues
