Retrofitting A/C ? about drilling holes

I'm going to put A/C in my 85 PU that never had A/C, what size are the holes supposed to be drilled for the hi/lo pipes through the fire wall? also the drain.

I noticed some dimples where it looks like I should drill but i want to make sure.

In case anyone is interested. I went back to the parts truck down the road I took the unit out of and measured the holes.

The drain is one inch

The small pipe is one inch

The big pipe is inch and quarter.
