Replacement birfield?

I've been searching for a stock replacement axle and I can't find one, so I'm looking for a cheap ish alternative...looking at longfield birfs (just the birf) wondering how these hold up?....I really want rcvs but I can't swing the 700 right now

Thanks in advance

Have you tried Rock Auto or looked into rebuilding your current one?

I used the chrome molly ones from 4wheelparts and have had good service from them. Im running 33's, a 7MGE, front ARB, and a really heavy foot, and and have had no problems since I put them in. I thought the price was fair also.

I'm running an old set of longfield birfs that I got used. Might upgrade to RCVs in next couple years.

I have a bunch of stock birfs laying around. Send me a PM and we can work out a deal.

Lol thanks guys, I ended up finding a stock one not too far from home. I moved my locker to the rear so hopefully I'll have better luck...and rebuilding the stock one wasn't an option 😂

It really amazes me how weak the stock ones are, especially since the aftermarket has proven they can be much stronger, and because Toyota did such a great job on everything else.
