New engine noise

So yesterday I started hearing a tick coming from my motor. It wasn't very loud when i first heard it but it was definitely there. Well after i drove it home (~8 miles) it had gotten louder. I couldn't tell where the noise was coming from but it sounded to me like a loose valve so i pulled the valve cover and checked them all and they were exactly where i set them previously. I rid did the head gasket probably less than 5000 miles ago, and replaced a lot of other pieces probably 5000 miles before that (timing chain, water pump, various hoses and gaskets etc.). I really can't even figure out where the noise is coming from because it sounds the same no matter where I put my head. My buddy looked at it with me and he was perplexed as well. The video below shows the noise, it increases with RPMs and gets slightly louder as the truck gets warmer. The truck burns a little bit of oil but the level was fine, its not overheating and has been running perfectly until this noise popped up yesterday. I'm hoping one of you guys might have an idea of what this might be or where it may be coming from.

Yea I had a similar noise but turned out it was the Flex Plate that is why I asked if manual or auto - mine auto. I swore the sound came from engine block but it ultimately was the flex plate.

Oh wow that's darn close. I hope mines that simple but I have a sinking feeling it won't be. This weekend I think I'm going to check the exhaust bracket (doubtful but maybe i suppose) and drop the oil pan and see if there's anything in it and what the rods look like.

Haha that sinking feeling Don't despair because that block likes to throw the noise around. I, and others, swore my sound was lower end.
