it wasn't necessarily a problem i was having...the plastic cover on the front was broke where the hose connects. I blocked both air lines off and run the 2 water lines together on it...didn't seem to make much difference with it there or not...just seemed alittle cold natured at first start. My main problems seem to be with the injectors...had a mechanic replace #2 injector and then #3 went out. I replaced it over the weekend and the truck run great for a few hours and then i lost #3 cylinder again. I'm thinking maybe getting trash in the fuel lines, but don't know too much about it!

If your having problems with the injectors not working, you might have a problem with the injector wiring. Its common for the injector wiring to corrode and break were there crimped together in the wiring harness. To fix the problem you need to unwrap the wiring harness to get to the injector wiring and check for broken wires, then cut out the factory crimp conections and solder the wires together and then wrap the wiring back up.

well....kinda and not really you pretty much know the story till now so i will fill you in from there. since the #3 injector was brand new i went ahead and took it back just to do the easy first and make sure it wasn't bad. replaced it with the second new one and #3 cylinder started working again...GREAT right? well no, cause #2 cylinder was gone when i fired it back up...and that is the one that the mechanic replaced for me....i haven't checked wires yet but i couldn't see how replacing that #3 and it working right could lead to wiring problems now??? getting fed up....thinking about putting a 4bt cummins in it
