1st off, what kind of tires are you running? TSL's for example can sound like a fleet of bombers. Second, soundproof inside with heat-shielding. You can pick up noise dampening shielding at almost any auto store, BUT, it means removing the carpet to get it under there....

I just have some basic road tires. Nothing designed for off road use, nothing with huge tread..
And I dont have carpet on the inside.. just some plastic mats.. which is probably not helping.

The lack of carpet is probably the big reason. Still get some of that noise dampening shielding, and then put carpet over it. It'll make a huge difference.

These are nearly 30 yr old trucks, I said trucks, not what is passed off as a truck now days, even by toyota. this is what trucks were back then. they dont appoligize for being loud haha! that said, mine got a lot louder when I put on mud terrains. dynamat or something will help a lot.
