There is no easy way to say this, but to fabricate all you need is imagination, metal, welder and patience. Im not sure how the bumper brackets are on the 90's model. I have never owned many things that new! I believe you will have to bend/weld some new brackets up and make it work.

look around to see any cool lookin ones, something that'll give you an idea for the new bumper, and just go at it. it's an opportunity, not a pain in the *ahem*

Just an FYI for the future. You shouldn't start multiple threads for the same question. It clutters up the forum. Just pick the correct forum for your particular question, and post it there.

Exactly what scooper said. If you imagine something and you don't like the way it turns out, keep imagining and do it all over, that's the fun of fabricating your own stuff, not to mention you'll learn so much by thinking of idea yourself.

seriously, find a buddy that knows a little bit of fab work, this should be pretty easy with some steel and a welder...kind of hard to explain...
