22r Aisin Carb Choke location???
Ok i looked everywhere online and cannot find any info on this so bare with me. I just picked up an 81 pickup with the stock 22r and carb, and from what the PO told me was that the choke sticks sometimes, so if it does to "tie it down" i nodded like an idiot and thought for sure that i could figure out the little pita.. i was wrong.. so basically what im saying and asking is the exact wherabouts of the choke and how to manually operate it, or "tie it down" pics would be really helpful

The choke actuator is mounted on the firewall side of the carb. It has a black cover with a wire attached to it. The choke linkage is mounted to a vacuum pot that actuates the 2 plate in the top of the carb. When they say "tie it back" means to manually open and block/tie the choke linkage, where the choke plates can't be actuated and closing off the air during cold starting. Usually, if not working, the vacuum pot is bad or the spring tension in the choke housing is not set right. Here is a link for more info. http://www.bluebassdesign.com/boonin/carb_faq/#ci
