HandStands Sticky Pad - sick of everything flying out of your pockets?
I'm sure most of you have an aftermarket radio or pocket in the dash near the shifter that you would really like to store "stuff" in, but get sick and tired of picking it up off the floor everytime you make a turn or hit a bump... Well this was driving me nuts, and as I was killing time, walking around the automotive section in Target I found the HandStands brand Sticky Pad in the aisle with the GPS's and electronics. It's supposed to hold mp3 players and cell phones in place on your dash....I did a little noodling and decided it would work well in those little cubby holes, so I bought 2, and trimmed one to fit in the din tray under my Eclipse radio, and one to fit in the pocket in front of the shifter. They have an adhesive-ish backing but aren't permanent, and can be a little tricky to get lined up, but I put my radio remote, pack of gum, cell phone and after a day of driving, bouncing over speedbumps, nothing moved... Problem Solved! the price at Target was $4.99 ea
