Having problems with toybota

I bought a Brake Master Cylinder and Vacuum Assist from toybota. The guy did send the item but it only went 50 miles and the Post Office pulled it aside because it was leaking.

I spoke to the Postal Person, learned the situation. Mr. Lewis was polite and understanding. I have followed up with Mr. Lewis several times since our initial conversation. toybota (Derek Csengeri) has not contacted the Post office as of this this AM (Friday)

I forwarded all the contact information to toybota who assured me he would fix it or refund my cash. This was last friday. He has totally stop returning my PM's and he was on YT twice this evening. He goes off line after each PM I've sent him.

So I want a little feed back before I do this but I'm 99.9% sure of my descision. I have been able to track down toybota's old address most likely his mother or grandmother. I even got the phone # to the house. I'm planning on calling there to talk to him and if he's not there explain this to his family.

If anybody knows this kid and knows of any situations that should reconsider my intended course of action speakup.
