General Sam's Huntsville, TX
Made the journey to General Sam's today (about 70 miles N of Houston).
Pretty fun if you are into mud. It appears that there is not much else there.
Unfortunately, the trip was cut short after my buddy nose-dived his Z71 into a hole about 4 feet deep.
I immediately hooked up my winch and started pulling when....Snap!
Fortunately I had my strap and was able to snatch him to safety.
He ended up w/ a wet alt and a nasty knocking noise from the bellhousing.
Dragged him to the closest truck stop and sent after a trailer.
The rest of the afternoon he was singing "Like a rock" (it sinks fast as can be..)
Wasn't able to get any trail pics, but I did get a pic of the aftermath.
