Does anyone know if JL Audio ever made a stealth box for a 2nd gen runner? I could have swore they did back a few years ago but now I can not find that they have one. Did they just stop producing it or was it never made and I was just imagining things . If JL does not make one are there any other companies that make a good sounding sub box that does not take up valuable interior space?

I suppose i could but im not real good with wood working, plus then i would have to cover it with carpet which would probably look pretty funny since I can hardly wrap a gift. Im more less looking for something pre fabbed so I can just throw it in and jam away, guess I will go talk to a few more stereo shops and see if any of them have anything that would suite me.

Why don't you go to a CarToys or some other car audio shop, show then what you want, and see if they'll give you a quote on THEM building one...

One cool place that I thought of was the middle console - that is if you don't have the rear heater... That might be an idea. Or see if they can fab something like this...

But haveing someone build this might get $$$$$$$...

Good luck...

I really like the way the one in that link was done, If i had any fiberglassing skills i would try something like that. Thanks for the offer on building me one but if I have one mad I will probably do it locally or my cousin lives in phoeinx and he owns a audio shop and he does top notch work so if I decided to go fiberglass I would have him do it. I dont want it to get real expensive, the only reason I want a sub is because I have an amp at home that im not using and I figured i would just get like one 10or 12" sub and call it good just to use the amp. I will probably just go to my local stereo shop and see what they could do for me.
