I just recently purchased this truck for $750. It was sitting out in a field where it had been for the last 4 years with a blown motor, or so I was told. I got it trailered back to my place and had it cranked and running within a day. 3.0 Engine had a blown headgasket it was spewing white smoke everywhere and had milky oil. First took it to a mechanic and had heads, headgaskets, valves, water pump, timing belt, etc. put on it. Ran alot better but had an idle surge and needed some brake work done to it. The idle surge turned out to be a vaccum hose. Then put plugs, fuel filter, master cylinder, brake shoes, and air filter on it. Got a free toolbox with a dent in one side and a free whip antenna and put both of them on. Put 4wd mudflaps on the back of it, removed front mudflaps, and did a bunch of other little thing like sound system, etc. I bought the brushguard for $75, sanded it down, repainted it and mounted it temporarily. It still needs alittle adjusting though. I have 31x11.5x15 Super Swamper LTBs on the way, and will get pics up when it gets the new tires mounted. Not any special build or anything and does not deserve to be here but it is a Toyota Anybody have any questions or want more pictures just ask. It is still very much a work in progress and has alot more to be done but is coming along nicely. Here are some recent pictures. I forgot to take them when I first got it. Will wash/wax it real good when I put the new tires on, I know it needs a cleaning.

take some time and paint match the hood and fender and then remove the tattered decals and with a wash, clay bar and wax it will look 100 times better! the bones of the truck look REALLY good for just sitting for years.

if you cant shorten up the width and height of the brush gaurd id take it off and get something else

Planning on a complete repaint and undercoating the frame sometime this summer. Going to sand down, prime and then paint the truck with a buddy of mine. I am just rolling with the mismatched fender and hood for now till I get the cash to redo everything correct.

Yah for 75 dollars I didnt think I could lose, I got to try and do alittle adjusting with it. I think an ARB front bumper would look very nice on it if I cant get this one to work out.
