A bunch of my friends and some new peoples are gonna head out to Joshua tree and play around....the first group is leaving friday nite...I'll be out there sat nite....here's directions

Los Angeles: Take I-10 east to Palm Springs area. Exit Hwy 62 east toward Yucca Valley/Joshua Tree. Turn left on Sunfair road (MAP, GPS- N34°08.112 W116°14.826) and head north 2 miles. Turn right on Broadway street (MAP, GPS-N34°09.852 W116°14.826) and head east approximately 1 mile to the end of the pavement and another 1/2 mile on the dirt road to the campsite. The campsite is just to the left at the end of the road.

San Diego: Take the I-15 north to the I-215. Continue north on the I-215 to Hwy 60. Head east on Hwy 60 to I-10 and continue east on the I-10. Exit Hwy 62 east toward Yucca Valley/Joshua Tree. Turn left on Sunfair road (MAP, GPS- N34°08.112 W116°14.826) and head north 2 miles. Turn right on Broadway street (MAP, GPS-N34°09.852 W116°14.826) and head east approximately 1 mile to the end of the pavement and another 1/2 mile on the dirt road to the campsite. The campsite is just to the left at the end of the road.

From points North: Take the I-5 South to Hwy 138 in Gorman and head east. Exit on I-14 and head south to Palmdale Blvd(Hwy 138). Head east on Palmdale Blvd to 47th Street and turn south. Follow Hwy 138 southeast to Pearblossom Hwy. Continue east on Pearblossom Hwy (Hwy 138) to Hwy 18 exit. Turn left onto Hwy 18 and continue east. Exit I-14 and head north to Hwy 18 east exit. Turn right and continue east through Apple Valley on Hwy 18. In Lucerne Valley, continue east as Hwy 18 turns into Hwy 247. Turn left onto Hwy 62 and head east toward Joshua Tree. Turn left on Sunfair road and follow directions as listed above.

any campsites out there that allow dogs?

sorry bro...didn't see this till after I came back....anyways it's just open land north of town....so bring your dog, cat, pig, horse, donkey, woman....whatever you want...I could give ya directions to where we camped....it's pretty easy
