truck not having all the power

ok, ive searched and cant find anything on this issue... my truck for the first 4 gears doesnt have full power when i push the gas... if i barely push the gas, it runs fine... i think its the fuel filter but i'm not sure... any input?

you need to include more info,(year of truck, motor type etc.)

its completly stock, 31's with i think 4.56's?
