I have a wobbly power steering pump pulley. What's the worst that could happen if I leave it. I plan on pulling it and replacing it soon, so I am asking mostly out of curiosity. I assume it isn't very good for the belt.

Well I guess that's not the worst...
You could throw the belt and lose control and crash into a school bus stop and wipe out your best friends kids and then flip the truck and be paralyzed from the neck down so all you could do was lay in the hospital and think about why you didn't fix your stinkin truck!

i agree with targetnut .mine isn't perfectly round either,but don't run into the schoolbus either.fyi I priced that pulley at the dealer and it was $90.might look in the junkyards if you aren't in a hurry.

at least it is the actual p/s pump pulley. mine p/s broke on the crankshaft, try setting the engine idle with the last rib of you crank pulley at like a good 45 degree angle, its stupid trust me
