has spark, fuel, timing right on im baffled

Since it sounds like you've checked the Battery, Ignition, and Fuel, you should check for air now. Remove the intake tube at the throttle body to see if it starts. If it doesn't then do a compression check. If compression is low and the intake tube is still off then loosen the exhaust and see if that makes a difference.
