Hi all - I have a '93 4x4 pickup that is missing the rear parking brake linkage. It was this way when I bought it. Basically the cable & linkage stuff that goes from kind of midframe back and I guess pulls the bell cranks that are on the backside of the brake housing. I've searched forums as well as the online FSM and for some reason am coming up empty. I have the bell cranks and they seem to move freely and operate just fine.

Hopefully my description makes sense, apologies if this is already documented. I looked in the FAQ and didn't find it. Anyone know the part numbers or where I can find them?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks @millball . I had checked there and the below screenshot is what I am seeing. It seems to show part numbers for the small connector bits but I am missing the entire linkage I circled in green. For some reason I'm not finding a part number for that. Junkyard may be my best bet...

46420-35500 is the number I got, but I randomly picked a model number to work off of. Some useful info on the truck, like a model number ,would be good'
Part numbers were different for a reason. Sometimes not a huge factor, sometimes a deal breaker. Best to try and get the right one off the bat. If unavailable than explore options

(Background) I am in need of a similar part. I have an 85 extra cab pickup but with the wider IFS rear axle that I am trying to put back together after 15 years. It currently has a FROR rear axle kit and I have not been happy with the brake setup. I have yet to purchase the rear axle shafts with backing plates to go back to drum brakes as I am trying make sure I have a working solution before I move forward spending money on the axle shafts.

I ordered 2 of the rear parking brake cables from Raybestos to mock up as I was worried about length as I have the extra cab. The length to the bell crank seems OK but the length between the 2 rear backing plates seems short. The cable measures 46" from pin hole to pin hole and seems about 3 inches short on both sides from mocking up the cables.

Can someone measure their rear parking brake cable from the rear backing plate to rear backing plate to see what the distance is?

The Raybestos parts I tried were C94794 and BC94128. Without having the rest of the parts I am skeptical that either of these cables are long between the backing plates and want to return them if they will not fit.
