the clicking is coming from the brake pads hitting the rotors. Its because your anti rattle clip is not installed or not installed correctly

I also have the "click" but i read in the "Things I've learned about my Yota" thread that this is common and not a concern. Inspect for sure, but if you don't find anything I wouldn't be concerned
