t-100 has power but wont start

so my negative battery wire broke off i got it back on to start the truck and i have been driving for a few days like this and when it comes undone the power goes away when i try to start it so then i readjust the cable and it starts. this morning i get in my truck lights come on power is on radio is on but when i turn it over it doesn't make a sound but the power is still on i hear no clicking it just wont start. what could it be? please help ty

Starter relay? Possible ignition sw? Check voltage on small wire to starter when your body hits starter switch. Work back from there.

After a re-re-read OP. headlights may pull 10 amps, starter pulls 80 amps...fix your wires!! or carry a bicycle. lol

The battery probably went dead from not being charged by the alternator due to the pulled wire.
